Sylvia Weinstock (born 1930) is an American baker and cake-decorator.

Weinstock is an elementary school teacher on Long Island,[1] and raised three children.[1] She started her cake baking and decoration company when she was 50 years old, after surviving breast cancer.[2][3]

She has made decorative cakes for a variety of celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian and Martha Stewart.[4] Her cakes avoid using fondant for decoration.[5]

She appeared as a guest judge on the Netflix series Nailed It!, and was described as the show's "secret weapon".[2]
