Synadene (Greek: Συναδηνή; Hungarian: Szünadéné, 1058 – c. 1082), was a Queen of Hungary; married to King Géza I of Hungary.

Her first name is unknown. History calls her by her surname.

Family

She was the daughter of the Byzantine commander Theodoulos Synadenos and his wife, the sister of the Byzantine emperor Nikephoros III Botaneiates. Ca. 1065 she married Géza as his second wife. The couple had three children, Prince Álmos and two daughters.

Géza died in 1077 and Synadene survived him, although nothing is known of her life thereafter.
