I recently found that there are lot of difference in culture and lifestyle of Yadavas and Konars are having much differences. Government of India made them to be under same caste for some administrative reasons and because they have same occupation.Even if they are same, Konars can be a separate article in Wiki. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jayabharat (talk • contribs) 12:48, 1 June 2012 (UTC) |

Blanking the page
On first examination, I observed that some anonymous IP had blanked the page and I immediately reverted the edit as blanking constitutes a violation of Wikipedia's policies. But on reverting the edit, I observed that the page had earlier been vandalized by a blocked user who had been indulging in defamation and libelious accusations of particular communities. Besides, removal of edits made by a blocked user do not constitute vandalism at all(As per Wikipedia:BAN#Enforcement by reverting edits). Hence, I am "undo"ing those edits with due apologies to the reverter. -Ravichandar 04:30, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
Quality
This article is definitely not good enough. There is not enough content here nor is the content referenced. Besides, the list of Yadavas is clear propaganda -Ravichandar 22:40, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

Merge With Yadava and make a section for Konar
Now the caste Konar is recognized as Yadava by the Government of Tamil Nadu, India. This page has lot of misleading information. It has to be rewritten.

The migration of yadava race to tamilnadu is explained in Tolkapiyam.
The article Konar can be merged into Yadava.

It should not be merged with Yadava
