Vandalism by Webman 134 Reverted
[edit]Deleted a section which hawks Nayati products in a new section created by Webman134 which has nothing to do with the .375 H&H or any other cartridges which this section was pasted on to. He has vandalized several pages with same blurb about Nayati ammunition. DeusImperator (talk) 18:53, 10 March 2011 (UTC)
Request made to move the article to the SAAMI recognized name
[edit]I have made a request that the article be moved to the officially recognized name of the cartridge namely .375 Holland & Holland Magnum. The page .375 H&H Magnum should redirect to this new page. As there are several forms of the name which even include .375 Belted Nitro Express etc. keeping the official long name avoids giving an impression that the a recognized for m of the short name is the accepted name of the cartridge. SAAMI accepts the long form of the cartridge name (.375 Holland & Holland Magnum). DeusImperator (talk) 22:32, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
Based on - additions
[edit]Have added a few cartrdges to the "based on" paragraphs and no doubt there are still more. Removed the Winchester 30 super as it is just a proprietry name rather than a different cartridge and is well noted anyway.(SM527RR (talk) 06:29, 6 February 2012 (UTC))
- Not true. CIP treats them as separate cartridges owing to differences in both dimension and pressure. In fact, Weatherby initially used Winchester Super 30 brass and that is the reason that even today's Weatherby cartridges have the same head dimensions as the .30 Super rather than the .375 H&H. The .30 Super and the .30 H&H are interchangeable for the most part. DeusImperator (talk) 04:22, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
