What rifle(s) was it offered in? Trekphiler (talk) 12:31, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

The main rifle that has been chambered in this caliber is the Marlin model 444! There have been a number of variations over the years. The original was a 24 inch barrel. The 444S went to 22". Today there is the 444XLR which is a stainless and grey laminate.

Winchester also chambered a lever action rifle in this caliber. TC has chambered the Contender in this caliber. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 21:24, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
