This has Panagiotis Kanellopoulos of the ERE as head of government until 29 September 1963. Although Panagiotis Kanellopoulos was the leader of the ERE, I think the office of head of government may be confused with Panagiotis Pipinelis who was interim PM 19 June to 29 September 1963. I have also checked Britannica Yearbook 1964 (Events of 1963) for a contemporary record, as well as cross checking /en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_prime_ministers_of_Greece and http://www.worldstatesmen.org/Greece.html
