Improper mention of Joe Streater
[edit]The references to Joe Streater were removed shortly before the Koo article appeared, but they were in Wikipedia far too long. Perhaps it would be appropriate to add a section to this article saying that a improper reference to Mr. Streater was added to the Wikipedia article about the scandal in 2008 and remained there until 2014, and that Mr. Streater was not on the team involved and was not mentioned in any of the original material or reports, however several media sources have since mentioned his name, apparently based on the incorrect information in Wikipedia. I think this event is notable in its own right and therefore worthy of mention and it would help undo the damage.--agr (talk) 01:18, 14 October 2014 (UTC)

Edits
[edit]Made brief grammatical edits but also a edit at the end of the Setup section of the article where it stated "After discussing their strategy with Kuhn and Sweeney, it was agreed that an upcoming game against Providence would be an appropriate test for their scheme." I made an edit stating "- Based on the 30for30 ESPN documentary on this scandal, Kuhn's story changed multiple times regarding this. Due to this the cause of this scandal remains unclear to this day." Cb6600 (talk) 01:04, 2 April 2023 (UTC)Cb6600 (talk) 01:03, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
