Merge with 1997 Red River flood[edit]
This ought to merge; most of its content is already duplicated there anyway, and it's not like the Red River passes through any other province. "Canada" is a bit grand for this title. --Wtshymanski (talk) 19:12, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
