Not sure what this is trying to say

"The only cars who didn't retried at first starts were: Mika Häkkinen, Michael Schumacher, Heinz-Harald Frenzten, Jacques Villeneuve, Damon Hill, Ralf Schumacher, Estebean Tuero, Giancarlo Fisichella and Jean Alesi."

I think it was supposed to mean "The only cars which didn't retire at the first start were...", but I've removed the sentence anyway: the article lists all those who were involved in the accident at the first start, so I don't think it's necessary to list all those who weren't involved as well. Team Orders

According to Jordan Team Manager Eddie Jordan the team orders were motivated by Damon Hill threatening to run Ralf Schumacher off the track if he tried to overtake.
