I can't help but note that it sounds like the gas employee is a fall guy and that this has something to do with the bomb making facility for the suicide bombing, or at the least -a- bomb making facility of sorts. The problem with Russia is that they still live in the soviet era when it comes to controlling the spin of stories, so 99% of what they say happens is usually always false.
