Transfer window[edit]

I noticed the transfer window uses the "summer" and "winter" icons. I used the same format for Universitario de Deportes season 2009. Though the table was intended for European seasons, I adapted it to a South American season. What I mean is that the summer icon meant the South American summer transfer window (January-February) whilst the winter icon meant the South American winter tranfer (June-August). I was wondering if that is being done here or is the Northern Hemisphere seasonal progression being followed here? --MicroX (talk) 01:59, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In Ecuador, the seasons are the same as in Europe (technically). Digirami (talk) 07:18, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Never knew that, seeing as how more than 90% of Ecuador is below the Ecuator. Ok then, leave it as it is. --MicroX (talk) 19:48, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
