Kit Manufactures

[edit]

we should add kit manufactures as we have in ISL page with out sources why this double standard with I-league and ISL??. Goalkeepar (talk) 05:12, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No marquee player rule?

[edit]

As per this article AIFF has abandoned marquee player concept. Coderzombie (talk) 12:12, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I was just revert back to the old "Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Asian Player" format we had last season for the foreign players section. The marquee rule is still in effect but not mediatory and thus its section in the foreign players section is not needed anymore. Cheers. --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 15:49, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Positions by round

[edit]

ArsenalFan700 (talk) positions by round was there in the 2013-14 I-League season so why not here please clarify!! Cheers. ----Richie Gooner (talk) 13:07, 20 January 2015 (UTC) — Preceding undated comment added 13:07, 20 January 2015 (UTC) ArsenalFan700 (talk) same was the case even last season there were 13 teams and not every team played every week. But still last season there was a position by round table and the rules you point to are not sufficient!!! Please stop deleting the position by round table. Give proper explanation then you can delete it!! Cheers. ----Richie Gooner (talk) 13:51, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, that section should not even be on the 2013-14 page as that season was more messed up then... then... anything I have ever even seen! Second, we don't really have rounds, especially this season with the short schedule. Then you have to add in postponed matches and all that. It is just not needed. --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 16:10, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with ArsenalFan700, in I-League context, it's the most useless thing. Just look at current round, Bharat FC hasn't played a game, so how does this make sense? Similarly, next week, either one team will play one less game or one more game, add to that Bengaluru FC is not playing any game in Feb due to AFC Cup commitments. Tell me how does rounds make sense? Coderzombie (talk) 18:55, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hell, the East Bengal vs Mohun Bagan match is already postponed! And knowing the AIFF this is the first of many postponed matches (I expect a lot in March with India playing World Cup and U23 Asian qualifiers matches). --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 18:58, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
And BTW, because it was present in the last year's league is no justification for keeping it this year. It was wrong then, it's wrong now. Coderzombie (talk) 14:50, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Richie Gooner keeps adding the positions by round without even updating it. As you can already see, some teams have played 4 games, some have played 2. please tell me how are you going to handle that?? Coderzombie (talk) 04:40, 1 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hey everyone, we all can agree that position by round is neither required, nor accurate, but Richie Gooner will ignore the consensus and do whatever he wants any way. Hurrah! Coderzombie (talk) 16:04, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I believe we have already had like 3 postponed games... three! So many date changes as well (East Bengal-Mohun Bagan going from January to May and then now this Wednesday). --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 16:57, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
