Bernberg or Bernburg?

[edit]

Maurer, Combat Units lists this target as Bernberg. The only wikipedia article on Bernberg talks about a village with a population of a couple of hundred. German Wiki lists a larger Bernburg, but does not mention anything about aircraft manufacture there. The two towns are not close (one is in Saxony, one in the Rhineland). Searches at [1] list Eighth AF strikes against both. However, [2] expressly Talks about a Junkers factory and airfield at Bernburg . If no one can resolve this, I'm going to use this as justification to change the spelling and add a link.--Lineagegeek (talk) 22:36, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
