No Page for Children's Song and Possible Predisessor to the Play!

[edit]

I am not familiar with this particular topic as a stage play.
Originally I had a vinal record that had a childeren's song and
I only vaugely knew the lyrics and it was not what this play had at all.
It was also called "A, My Name Is Alice".
However, it was a children's song to familiarize phonetics; letters with sounds. Similar, to the "A, B, C, D" song.
It is noted on Yahoo Answers by a user and is the version I know of.

I will transfer it (with "better" grammar) here for others to reply, revise, vote, enter, whichever.

I am not sure how to create a sub-catagory as a disambuation diversion page, under a seperate catagory.
It is a "song" but it is also not a play and is rated (language) G.
It is very old because my mom gave it to me when I was very little and I am 36 as of Dec.
I'm not certian of the rating for the play.

The lyrics go as follows:

A, my name is Alice. I live in a palace and every afternoon at three a footman serves me tea.

Yeah, Yeah, nothing else will do.
I, my name is Ida. That's short for Delia. I'll sit you in my barber's chair and shave off all your hair.

X isn't a name; perhaps it was xavier? (oh well.)
I tried to fix places that there were too litte syllables to keep up with the beats.
I know the tune too but maybe someone will upload it eventually.
