ABS-CBN Entertainment is a Philippine broadcast syndication production company owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. It started distributing on June 13, 2020 on Kapamilya Channel after ABS-CBN was issued a cease-and-desist order from the National Telecommunications Commission and Solicitor General Jose Calida on May 5, 2020 after its legislative franchise expired on May 4.[1]
