Article creation

Dear Wikipedians, I've created this "basic" article on this interesting ship of the Argentine Navy based on the one existing in the Spanish Wikipedia. Due to limitations of the device I'm using was unable to add source citations; so I will add these once I get hold of a full-keyboard device (at some point next week). I am also looking for additional verifiable sources (especially printed) to further expand this article, especially the "History" section, in the next couple weeks; any help will be greatly appreciated.
