Initial comments[edit]

hallo. i worked on this article having good knowledge of kissinger´s thinking and the content of the book (which by the way is my favourite). I wrote it with the intention of informing those who dont know the book and giving an opinion. of course, contributions and other opinions are welcome if they dont break the general structere or idea of the article. Considering the controversy about the author I would be glad if other opinions are added in an internal link to my article or as a final paragraph. Leeandro

This article needs a lot of work[edit]

This article is very poorly written and virtually unusable to researchers. It was apparently written by someone for whom English is not his primary language; there are numerous syntax and grammatical problems. It should be removed if not fully edited for usefulness. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Griffin McDaris (talkcontribs) 18:41, 9 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Well, I've tried. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 171.192.0.10 (talk) 20:42, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Incidentally "Austria" is a Latin version of Ostmark/OstReich/Oesterreich, ie. "The Empire of the East", so "Austrian Empire" is a tautology. "Austria" or "the Hapsburg Empire/Monarchy" is more correct. I'll retire to pedants' corner now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 171.192.0.10 (talk) 20:48, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I love the article. I am so stupid in Kissingers topics, that besides some grammatical mistakes I could learn a lot. thanks -- Iterator12n Talk 04:19, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

dont worry. I guarantee you are much less stupid than Griffin McDaris. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.85.106.166 (talk) 18:48, 23 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Publishing date --> Incorrect information[edit]

This article states that A World Restored was published in 1954, but every source I've seen, including a copy of the book itself, states it was published in 1957. Any reason for the discrepancy, or is this an outright error? --1990'sguy (talk) 01:06, 1 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
