though this magistrate is indeed an Ishaqzai preacher called Abdul-Hakim, the article name should be changed since there are many notable namesakes. One is Abdul-Hakim Ishaqzai, who was formerly the Logar provincial sheriff during Hamid Karzai's period. Another is Abdul-Hakim Haqqani (from the Taraki clan), who served as a Taliban governor and passed away in 2013. The takhallus Sharai is probably best and least ambiguous here.
