Hoshuu names needed[edit]

Anyone having names of the hoshuus of Ili, Tannu Uriankhai, and Inner Mongolian leagues? Dagvadorj (talk) 13:11, 6 December 2007 (UTC)Dagvadorj[reply]

It seems that the names of the Khoshuus we are using are with the titles of the lords as for after 1911. Bogd khan raised the titles of all of them. Eventually we need to change to the titles as for the eve of 1911. Gantuya eng (talk) 14:59, 16 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly, we need to have two separate lists before and after the fall of the Qing dynasty. Dagvadorj (talk) 13:56, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal to integrate into the other article[edit]

Should this be a separate article? It'd be more rational to make it part of article Mongolia during Qing. Gantuya eng (talk) 15:44, 14 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I thought it would be better being a separate article deeply detailed. The Mongolia during Qing article would be very long. Later I am planning to make a map of Mongolia during Qing in khoshuu level comparing with today's sums. Hey Gantuya heard of Template:Mongol_Yastan? Dagvadorj (talk) 10:38, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
So you created that template. Are you gonna create articles for each yastan? Gantuya eng (talk) 10:42, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, working on them as I am free. Why don't start and contribute on Portal:Mongolia and Wikipedia:WikiProject_Mongolia Dagvadorj (talk) 14:06, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hölönbuir or Barga[edit]

Western authors often seem to call Hölönbuir Barga. Which one is technicallz more correct when speaking of Qing-era admistrative units? Yaan (talk) 16:45, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps Barga. Gantuya eng (talk) 18:30, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Mongols were more aware of the situation in Hulunbuir so differentiated New Barga, Old Barga, Hamnigan, Daur, Orochen, ... Qing government probably new New Barga and Solon (Old Barga, Hamnigan - Ewenki, Daur, Orochen, ...) entities in the Sahaliyan Ula protectorate.Dagvadorj (talk)
