Terminology
[edit]As the article points out, Gabriel Lan was replaced by an android. Therefore, Air-Walker could not be under the category of "Fictional cyborgs", since a cyborg is some DNA and some technology (like TNG onward's Borg, hence the moniker).
- You'll find this error A LOT, as many people will describe any machine that looks - or could pass was human - as a "cyborg". A good way to think of a cyborg is to think of a man with a wooden leg. You wouldn't call a man with a wood leg a tree would you? Of course not. Now change the wooden leg to a robotic one, he's not suddenly a robot anymore then he was a tree. A cyborg is some who is physically half human half robot (doesn't have to literally be half and half), a android with "the last spark of soul" is still has a completely mechanical body. Therefore is a robot and not a cyborg. 173.209.109.236 (talk) 15:21, 31 July 2016 (UTC)
