S.898 - Albuquerque, New Mexico, Federal Land Conveyance Act of 2013 vs 2014[edit]

There is another bill with a very similar name that actually became law; the bill known as 'H.R.3998 - Albuquerque, New Mexico, Federal Land Conveyance Act of 2014' only passed the house, however, did not pass the senate. The bill that became law, S.898 - Albuquerque, New Mexico, Federal Land Conveyance Act of 2013, doesn't seem to be mentioned in this article whatsoever.
