Removed ref to detention facilities (Latest edit 277258285)as inadequately referenced. There are several towns named Alizai in Pakistan. Very unlikely the one mentioned in the article reference (http://us.oneworld.net/node/108585) is in FATA. --Whoosit (talk) 06:35, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
Detention Facilities in Alizai?
[edit]The assertion that US forces maintain detention facilities in Alizai is highly dubious. Based on a single source, above, it specifies the town name but not location. This Alizai is part of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas: an autonomous region within Pakistan generally inhospitable to outside influence. The US cannot have any official presence here and any unofficial presence would be transient. --Whoosit (talk) 14:55, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
Detention Facility was used by British Govt, not by US
[edit]Brother this detention facility was used by British Govt before Independence of Pakistan. That is why still the elders called it Zulam Ghar..which means 'House of Brutality'. This name is being used for decades..
