Weasel Words

"wrote over 20 books and monographs" and "over 70 articles and book chapters" - in both cases, better to give the exact count or eliminate "over". Pknkly (talk) 14:49, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

At this point, I believe that Pknkly's concern is rather unfounded. To state "over 70 articles" for an academic who clearly wrote at least 74, but for whom we have no exact knowledge because they may have published in journals and languages unavailable to us, is reasonable.
