Need for an updated map

The map for this article is significantly outdated, due to the changes from the recent election. Unfortunately, image editing is not something I really know how to do, so perhaps someone can help? (pinging former editors @Aight 2009:,@Sisyphos23:, and @Jojepe:). I believe the changes necessary are: Czech Republic to Yellow (multiple members); Austria, the UK, Ireland and Slovenia to light yellow (single member); and Latvia, Italy and Slovakia to dark grey (no members). Thanks! Gabrielthursday (talk) 00:35, 9 October 2014 (UTC)

Suggestion: Remove outdated "Academic analysis" section

I suggest removing the last section of this article, because it's just citing parts of a very old Wikipedia article of questionable value. Main problem is that what is cited hasn't been true at least since the 2014. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Merkhet (talkcontribs) 20:47, 7 June 2019 (UTC)

Well, the best solution is to WP:FIXIT, instead of removing it. That also applies to the "very old article of questionable value". 107.190.33.254 (talk) 20:06, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

Is the ALDE conservative?

Doesn't seem correct to have "Conservative Liberalism" as an ALDE ideology, given that, not only the great majority of liberal conservative parties of the European Parliament belong to the EPP, but the ALDE also had progressive stances on topics such as gay marriage[1]
