The last section on the tri-liquid phase method to synthesise allyl phenyl ether seems like someone likes to get extra citations on his publication...

However, allyl phenyl ether might be prepared by simply dissoling phenol with K2CO3 in an appropriate solvent (e.g. acetone) followed by the addition of vinyl bromide in excellend yields within a few hours of reaction time at reflux temperature. I guess it won't get any easier to synthesis allyl phenyl ether.
