I'd say no. In fact, this entire article seems more like a directory, which would fail Wikipedia's notability standards (see WP:NOTE and WP:DIRECTORY). I'd recommend that this article be collapsed into the municipality's article unless the school itself (or its teachers) are specifically notable.
