Relationship with Alpha Sigma Phi of the United States.
I see nothing in the article on the relationship which is referenced. I did find one phrase that occurs in 3 different places in the Alpha Sigma Phi USA website:
Alpha Sigma Phi Philippines has no affiliation with Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc. and is not a recognized entity of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc.

- At least in the public area, the most that I get out of the link is that a brother from ASP-USA-HQ gave IDs and kits. While on an official page, I'm not sure that this contradicts the statement on the Alpha Sigma Phi USA website.
