Image copyright problem with File:Alpha Sigma Phi Crest.png

The image File:Alpha Sigma Phi Crest.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Relationship with Alpha Sigma Phi of the United States.

I see nothing in the article on the relationship which is referenced. I did find one phrase that occurs in 3 different places in the Alpha Sigma Phi USA website:

Alpha Sigma Phi Philippines has no affiliation with Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc. and is not a recognized entity of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc.

(found at http://www.alphasigmaphi.org/index.php/Join-Fast-Facts.html , http://www.alphasigmaphi.org/index.php/Friends-and-Family-Fast-Facts.html , http://www.alphasigmaphi.org/index.php/Our-Fraternity-Fast-Facts.html ). Please let me know what you think is a reference that contradicts that and if so, any method of determining which is correct.Naraht (talk) 15:12, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

Hello Naraht! Thank you for your concern about the relationship between ASP-USA and ASP-Phil.. Well, this is the link I've found regarding that matter: http://alphans.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=52&Itemid=109 Hope it helps. Thanks again!!HavenHost (talk) —Precedingundated comment added 15:23, 19 April 2011 (UTC).
At least in the public area, the most that I get out of the link is that a brother from ASP-USA-HQ gave IDs and kits. While on an official page, I'm not sure that this contradicts the statement on the Alpha Sigma Phi USA website. We probably should move this discussion to the talk page for Alpha Sigma Phi of the Philippines, OK?Naraht (talk) 15:47, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
Ok, sure... no problem! –HavenHost (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 16:07, 19 April 2011 (UTC).

These are facebook links that show photos of the acquaintance between ASP-Phil member Joel Jaranilla and the Grand Chapter of ASP-USA: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/fbx/?set=a.1290305432679.33907.1681549663 ,http://www.facebook.com/media/set/fbx/?set=a.1289678937017.33849.1681549663 ,http://www.facebook.com/media/set/fbx/?set=a.1289088722262.33803.1681549663 ,http://www.facebook.com/media/set/fbx/?set=a.1289097402479.33806.1681549663HavenHost (talk)

Copyright violation concern.

The entire History section appears to be a word for word copy of http://alphasigmaphi.org.ph/about-us/ , This would be a WP:Copyvio.Naraht (talk) 16:25, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

Feel free to edit it out. The creator of the page is the one responsible for that copyright vio. –HavenHost (talk)
