Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... it is still under construction. A 30-day "probation" period should be allowed for all new articles to develop, progress, prove themselves and receive additional material from other contributors. Some of the best articles on Wikipedia could have been "deleted for lack of asserted importance" in their first 30 days under these guidelines. Very few are gradable as A+ when first published. How about letting them mature. Not everything can be done in one sitting. --trezjr (talk) 01:46, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- You know you can draft articles up in your userspace before dropping them into the main collection of wiki articles, don't you? Dolescum (talk) 01:59, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
