I rated this a Start-class article and not a Stub-class because it has a relatively nonstubby history section, and sections on notable people, which is more than the average article I've seen around here that only sport a sentence-long geography section and your standard run-of-the-mill demographics section.

Here are my suggestions:

  • The Angola Horror Train Wreck section should be wikified and incorporated into the history section's main body.
  • The People of note from Angola section should be a seperate section, and if possible even converted to prose, although it seems to short for such an action.
  • More inline citations are needed, using the <ref> </ref> signs and maybe even {{CITEWEB}} where possible.
  • If possible, the history section should be expanded.
  • Sections on economy, culture and media, parks and recreation/sports, and education could be added also, but they should also be cited.

I rated this a Low-importance article because of its small size, firstly; it falls short of Mid-importance because the only significant event that seemed to have happened here was the Angola Horror, and a place needs two significant events to be promoted.
