  • Consider Mayada El Hennawy. Is she an Arab Christian? Ditto, Nassif Zeytoun. Consider Toni Qattan. The article says he is from Jordan; no mention of religion.
checkY removed El Hennawy, Zeytoun (will find source and reinstate), Toni Qattan. JJNito197 (talk) 13:29, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  1. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
  • The history section is uncharacteristically slim.
  • The history section links to itself. Clarify.
checkY The history section stretches from antiquity to diaspora, the sentence under the header is supposed to summarize this. I have updated the sentence as a segway to the subcategories (antiquity, islamic era, modern times) JJNito197 (talk) 18:09, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • The Academia section references solid Arab Christian contributions.
  • The Entertainment section is not as solid as the above. It appears to be name dropping of entertainers.
checkY expanded on achievements as requested below and trimmed JJNito197 (talk) 13:34, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • The difference between Academia and Entertainment is that the achievements and contributions are mentioned. Ditto Politics and Press. Both good sections. Consider.
  • Religious Persecution and Regional conflict sections are handled well.
  • The notables section is not well handled. It may benefit from thinning out the many names and inclusion of contributions to human flourishing.
checkY expanded on individual achievements as requested and trimmed US politcians JJNito197 (talk) 13:34, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • the use of Koine Greek in liturgy ... an important distinction.
checkY clarified in lead JJNito197 (talk) 13:34, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Greek clerical hegemony: there was coverage in the Press.
  • The "demotion" of the Patriarch has been ruled uncanonical by Patriarch Bartholomew, and is not recognized by any Orthodox Church; it has only been (imposed) by the Synod of Jerusalem. Consider.
checkY clarified per request JJNito197 (talk) 13:34, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • The section on Assyrians. If they are non-Arab, why include this section?

  1. Overall:
  • We need to resolve the issues with images mention directly above;
  • At a glance, there appears to be too many images on this page;
checkY done, trimmed images JJNito197 (talk) 18:09, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • It is observed in the Entertainment section that there are too many names without contributions
checkY done JJNito197 (talk) 18:09, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • The sections under Arabian Peninsula (Kuwait, Bahrain, North Africa, etc.,) might be profitably condensed into two or three paragraphs;

  • This article makes a valiant effort to capture a very broad swathe of Arab Christians, their works and diaspora, in addition to notation of the different communions and orthodox communities with a well laid out table of the differences between these ecclesial communities. A little cleaning up, drop some superfluous pictures and condense some material will see this go to GA status. --Whiteguru (talk) 11:48, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Whiteguru, thank you for your helpful review. I will address all these concerns asap and make revisions as requested. Kind regards JJNito197 (talk) 13:43, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Whiteguru Hello, I have covered all things in this review. Please let me know if there is further issues. Kind regards JJNito197 (talk) 22:43, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@JJNito197:

  • Thank you for your work.
  • The History section opens like so: The [[history of Arab Christians]] coincides with the [[history of Christianity]], (click the link; it loops back to itself)...
  • Here you have the History section linking to itself. Consider.
  • Neat work on the infobox; looks much better, clearer and functional.
  • Very good work on the images, and the page layout looks so much more attractive.
  • That table on Denominations is utterly valuable and will become a major reference for students of Orthodoxy and Early Christianity. Well done.
  • The corrections are complete; kindly take a look at the history section linking to itself. --Whiteguru (talk) 00:38, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, its been almost a year tweaking! Onceinawhile added the table and I agree it is very helpful for students. Kind regards, JJNito197 (talk) 00:48, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
