Rename?
[edit]Should this page be moved to Artworks damaged, destroyed or stolen in the 2023 invasion of the Brazilian Congress, per parent article 2023 invasion of the Brazilian Congress? ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:54, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- Other phrases to consider: "Art destruction and theft during the ..." (per art destruction and art theft) ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:52, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- I'm still open to other page titles, but for now, I've moved this article to Artworks damaged, destroyed or stolen during the 2023 Brazilian Congress attack per the recent move of the parent article to 2023 Brazilian Congress attack. ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:30, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
This should be moved/deleted.
[edit]I would like this article to be removed/deleted because this article should not even exist. You don't hear any paintings from other "attack" articles that have a different article for destroyed paintings, do you? This article also has a lack of information. This either should be moved to the 2023 Brazilian invasion of government buildings, moved to Lost artworks, or just deleted all together. MasterWolf0928-Æthelwulf (talk) 19:26, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- There's no rush to merge/delete, in my opinion. Let's see how things develop over the next couple weeks. Meanwhile, this text can be refined (which is beneficial even if merged later). ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:51, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- Id agree with merging this into the main article, but not deleting it. SnoopyBird (talk) 20:52, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
Additions
[edit]As the mutilated portrait of Renan Calheiros is the most widely-published photo of the damaged works, it would be good if this were added to the table, even if some information is not available.
Also damaged were portraits of Ramez Tebet and José Sarney here, also this one, and maybe others Davidships (talk) 16:45, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
