Cut
[edit]I have cut the following passage from the article. As far as I can see, the offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 to which it relates has nothing to with the offence of attempt under the Criminal Attempts Act 1981. James500 (talk) 13:05, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
- Also note that sometimes even mere intention to commit at an indeterminate time in the future may be criminalize, see grooming a child.
