References

Can some PLEASE provide a verifiable reference for this article. I've tagged it since November 2005 and contacted the original author to no avail. I've never heard of aviation photography as a recognised subset of photography (unlike e.g. portrait photography ← shockingly, this is a redlink! ← and so is this!), although a Google search proves me wrong quite quickly. Nevertheless, I couldn't find a decent reference amongst the first few hits, just galleries of photos. If someone less lazy can find a proper reference please put it in. References and Gallery

This article is still unreferenced. Please add references and consider what is and isn't needed in the gallery. As of now the gallery is a little bit over the top. SpigotMap 17:11, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

What should I do?

Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to provide a fair use rationale
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale, then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Deletion Review

Photography Databases

The addition of AirTeamImages.com is reasonable, and shouldn't have been deleted. In a section which lists photography databases, there's no reason to list only two. The format should be "A, B, and C" instead of "A and B and C", however. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.172.90.77 (talk) 23:23, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
