personal Life B K Parthasarathi was an ex MLA Telugu Desam Party of Penukonda (Assembly constituency).He born in R maruvapalli of Roddam mandal.He married to B K kalavathi and has a son and five daughters.

Political life

He began his political journey by becoming Z P chairman of Anantapur district in 1996,with the support of Late Paritala Ravindra,5 time MLA of Penukonda (Assembly constituency).In 1999,TDP offered him with Mp seat of Hindupur (Lok Sabha constituency)and won the seat with a majority of 134,636,by defeating S. Gangadhar of Congress Party.But in 2004 Loksabha elections,he was defeated by G. Nizamuddin ,with narrow majority of 1,840.In 2009 elections,He was contested as MLA candidate from Penukonda and won in Triangular fight with a majority of 14,385,by defeating K T Sreedhar of Congress party.Again in 2014 elections also he won the election by defeating, Malagaundla Sankaranarayana, of YSR Congress Party .But in 2019 elections Malagaundla Sankaranarayana , defeatedhim With huge majority.He is TTD board member from April 2018.He is continuing as district Telugu Desam Party president since 2009.
