Eligibility for this award[edit]

This is the award for Best British Short Film, right? The article doesn't say that. I don't know whether it's always been restricted to British shorts or if it used to be open to shorts from anywhere. Also, are short animated films eligible for this award (in addition to the animated short award)? If not, then this award really ought to be called Best British Short Live-Action Film.
