Complete rewrite, cites needed
[edit]I found this article stub in very bad condition, with technically incorrect information, confusingly conveyed. I have completely rewritten it, but the article still needs references which I no longer have at hand. Other knowledgeable editors are invited to help improve the article, and to add references to WP:RS. Reify-tech (talk) 13:54, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
I also noticed that there were no Wikilinks to this article (an "orphan"), which explains why it has persisted for so long in poor condition. I will try to link it with other articles on electricity, to give it more visibility. Reify-tech (talk) 14:07, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
