Merge and rename to Presidential Climate Action Plan

There is a similar article at Presidential Climate Action Project, currently involved with a RfD, i suggest to merge both and rename/move to Presidential Climate Action Plan. Presidential Climate Action Project is a redirect, not an article, but it shouldn't be pointing to University of Colorado Denver. I support your proposal. We can move this article and retarget the redirect there. WP:RM may be advisable, though. --BDD (talk) 19:42, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
