Having created the article and added info about the hill being the highest in the east of the county, I realise it depends how you wish to carve the county up! Graig Syfyrddin in the north and Wentwood in the south both exceed Beacon Hill's height but you'd be more likely to refer to them as being in northern or southern Monmouthshire respectively - though they're both east of a line drawn N-S through the county (modern or historic) to divide it into two halves of equal area. cheers Geopersona (talk) 11:16, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
