Promotional items removed from the article

These two items were removed from the article as overly promotional, which I understand. I'm posting here in case they can be useful to a future editor in expanding the article (particularly the Miller Perkins ref)

Benevity's own engaged and socially-responsible corporate culture is particularly important to CEO Bryan de Lottinville.[1]: 123 
Benevity has had a dog-friendly workplace since its foundation in 2008, which it says creates a less stressful work environment[2] and improves employee productivity.[3]
