The USSR Hockey Team

[edit]

The name Big Red Machine was also given to the Soviet hockey team that dominated hockey in the eighies. The team consisted of:

   * Vladimir Krutov
   * Igor Larionov
   * Sergej Makarov
   * Vjatjeslav Fetisov
   * Alexej Kasatonov

(More correctly, this was the first five of the team.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.227.140.48 (talk) 06:22, 15 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hells Angels SFV

[edit]

FWIW, the "Big Red Machine" is a nickname for the Hells Angels in the San Fernando Valley. As far as I can tell, the name applies to the MC in general, but I only know for sure that it was used in reference to HAMC SFV. I don't suppose that http://www.bigredmachine.com/ would count as a reference? 173.184.17.90 (talk) 01:13, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
