Biroldo

I was born near Lucca back in 1951 .my family made Biroldo only using the pigs head which consisted of tongue,ears, pig cheeks (Guanciale)we also made it without the blood in later years. 2001:8003:5C3E:9900:5C1E:B0C2:D62C:B864 (talk) 04:01, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
