Cake interview

[edit]

Does anyone know where if the Birthday cake interview has been released on dvd like it was on 20 to 1 in 2006 but has it been released as like part of the best of a current affair or something like that? - Can what Kerry O'Brien said here be added to the article? https://catholicleader.com.au/slideshow/catholic-journalist-who-could-make-the-surest-politicians-sweat-remembered-among-the-best

A good article about Mike Willesee but what Kerry O'Brien states is more about Willesee that the Birthday cake interview and hence I dont think it adds much to that article so my vote is "No".Fleet Lists (talk) 06:14, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Peter Hendy stated in 1994 on ABC TV that policy had to be made on the run due to Dr Hewson releasing the policies of Fightback! to the public before the election which meant Hendy and Mr Reith's staff had to answer numerous letters being asked by lots of Australians how the GST and that policy on the run had to be made because Hendy and the staff could not handle the demands. The cake interview was policy on the run and Hewson spoke in contempt how if Hendy and the staff had done their job no policy on the run would need to have been made.
