German version of school band
[edit]Maybe it would be better if the text of this article would be integrated into the school band-article. "Bläserklasse" is the german version of a school band. There are two systems: One is promoted by Yamaha, the other by german builders of wind instruments. In both cases the whole class decides to learn wind instruments; they have lessons by teachers specialized in the chosen instruments and lessons by a teacher of the school where they form a wind orchestra (or, mostly, rather a "beginning orchestra" or something). The concept is rather new in Germany, and I haven't been to one myself, so I would have to research a bit before I could add more information. --84.133.172.200 (talk) 16:34, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
