NO EXIT was certified Gold in the USA.

[edit]

NO Exit was certified gold in the US (Coachtripfan (talk) 17:40, 1 April 2016 (UTC))[reply]

i wanted to say, that the album NO EXIT which was released in 1999 has been certified Gold by RIAA. according to Billboard it has been sold 400,000+. That means it had been scanned over 400,000 times in the usa. RIAA certifies GOLD for 500,000 shipped copies of an album.

I have seen several GOLD discs certified by the RIAA on ebay etc. The gold disc was given to several people involved in the making of the album. http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=145100

https://eil.com/StaticProductPages/index.asp?item1=Blondie&item2=No+Exit&item3=Blondie+No+Exit+145100 ==US chart positions== Somebody has added positions from sources other than the main Billboard 100 chart for Blondie's singles and passed it off as their US chart peak which is highly misleading. For example, Maria may have peaked at no.1 on the US modern rock chart (which obviously makes a chart of rock-only tracks), but it only peaked at #82 on the Billboard 100 which is the leading chart. There's nothing wrong with adding various other charts such as Modern Rock as long as it is clearly labeled in the table. The column labeled as "US" should only be used for the main singles chart though (i.e. the Billboard 100)79.66.29.159 (talk) 15:43, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. It's an anon IP editor who has done this a thousand times before. Warning left on user's talk page. - eo (talk) 15:52, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In the Sun video/Other charts

[edit]

I noticed that the 1976 In the Sun video is not included under the list of music videos. It was filmed along with X-Offender and In the Flesh and is on Youtube if anyone wishes to verify it.

Secondly, it may be useful to include other charts, such as the Netherlands. Denis was No. 1 in Holland and I'm Always Touched By Your Presence Dear and I'm Gonna Love You Too were top 10 hits there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexhaniha (talkcontribs) 22:44, 30 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Missed singles

[edit]

Singles... additional 7" releases...

"Kidnapper" was released in Japan (Chrysalis WWR 20373).

"Heroes" was released in Germany (Chrysalis 600 502, but 12" only, so I don't know if this counts as a "single").

"Danceway" was released in Canada (Chrysalis CHS 2640).

"Yuletide throwdown"

[edit]

"Yuletide throwdown" was a previously unreleased song included on a Flexipop album, it was not released as a single at the time according to the article used for reference. So it should appear at the end of the list and not in 1981 I think. --JoMaAl 312 (talk) 02:05, 13 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
