Misleading template

I clicked at the "show" button in the translation template, and then on the "Google's machine translation". There I found windows that opened when mousing over the text, saying "contribute with better translation". Okay, so I looked into every sentence and trimmed them to smoother English, and clicked the "contribute" button after everyone, spending quite some time on the effort. When finished, I found out that none of my corrections had been saved anywhere, or at least I couldn't find them anywhere. Now it's time for bed, and all this work was in vane, and I'm quite convinced that I hardly will have the opportunity to redo it (nor do I feel very motivated any longer). This template should be rewritten to properly guide anyone interested in translating articles, on how to do it! Islander(Scandinavia) (talk) 23:03, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
