In the Bio of Dr. Jill Biden wife of Joe Biden reference is made to her belonging to a group called Boots on the Ground, initial google search didn’t definitively reveal what this is (but it was only an initial phone based search). Could some kind individual provide some information about this organization and perhaps a disambiguation page might also be helpful here.
