Stongest winds

[edit]

This section looks to be the work of more than one editor and says more or less the same things twice over. The sentence Bow echoes are capable of producing straight-line that are just as strong. is obviously missing a word ...straight line (something) that... but I don't know the original author's intentions and anything inserted here would be a factual edit, not a grammatical one. Not only MCSs are bow echos

[edit]

Bow echoes can also be single cell storms which become dominated by their own outflow and bow out. These bows are also capable of very severe winds. One blew down a 40 foot tree in my yard a week after said tree had already survived going through the dead center of the core of the June 2012 North American derecho. I knew that small bows existed before I just remembered to bring it up now.  --Bowser the Storm Tracker  Chat Me Up 05:38, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Radar shot

[edit]

If it is needs a more recent radar image or having a second image, this might be a good one to put on. http://www.climate.weatheroffice.gc.ca/radar/image.php?time=17-JUL-11%2011.27.48.695273%20PM&site=XFT — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.179.155.183 (talk) 02:32, 19 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
