Merger with Bread crumbs

The Bread crumbs article says that bread crumbs are sometimes called breading as a regional variant. If this is indeed the case, and the two are essentially the same concept, then I think they should be merged into one article. leevclarke (talk) 15:47, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Breading is a noun and a verb, bread crumbs are only a noun. Breading need not be made of actual bread, breadcrumbs are ground up loaves of bread. Whitebox (talk) 19:04, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
