Hmmm - brewing tea or most forms of coffee does not involve the active application of heat, as implied by boiling or simmering. Is there a real article here, or just a Wikidictionary definition? FlagSteward02:14, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
This article has potential. There is a gap on Wikipedia for information on brewing coffee and tea. There is an article about Drip brew coffee and it says "is a method for brewing coffee". I think this article should answer the question "What do we do when we brew?", like with coffee. I am unable to pinpoint the exact differences of coffee brewing and other tea brewing and say the brewing that witches would do, but maybe others can help on that.
