This is quite a problem vs. Wikipedia practices. Something should be done about this.
I've removed a fair amount of "Point of view" language, which clearly conflicted with Wikipedia policy.
Article seems to have been written by the chamber of commerce as a free advertisement. I've tried to clean it up a little but it's still quite a poor effort.

Somebody in Poulsbo, Washington, at IP Adress 76.2.23.58 apparently wrote the problematic stuff in January, and that's all they've ever attempted at Wikipedia.

All of this makes me suspect, for some fair reasons, a person affilated with "Brinnon Propserity" [[1]] which is a wannabe chamber of commerce (and fascinating repository of far-right links if you drill through it), and as such has a conflict of interest in editing the article COF

I've removed a fair amount of non-notable stuff, none of which was sourced. Article is much improved.
